self contained apartment is part of the ground floor
of the owners' house enjoying an enclosed rear patio
in a peaceful location above the Les Mielles Conservation
area with distant sea views across the lovely bay
of St Ouen to Corbiere lighthouse. Close by is the
scenic Val de la Mare Reservoir walk and 2 golf courses
(both with bar & restaurant), are within very
easy reach. The owners offer the use of their unheated
swimming pool (unfenced and accessed by 15 external
steps, quiet swimming only by arrangement) and lawned
West facing garden. Children of all ages welcome.
