Channel Island Holiday Insurance

It is compulsory for all clients booking with Freedom Holidays to be insured under the scheme set out below, and premiums will be automatically added to the cost of your holiday. Cover is effective door to door and will cover travel arrangements however booked. Cancellation cover is effective from the date of confirmation of your booking. The insurance contains NO AGE LIMITATION and deals with PRE-EXISTING AILMENTS in the following way:

1. No travel will be undertaken or booked against a medical practitioners advice.
2. The insurers will not pay any claims or expenses arising from any medical condition for which you have received medical advice or treatment by a medical practitioner or hospital during the 12 months prior to inception of cover unless disclosed to and accepted by insurers. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, you are advised to contact CCV Channel Islands on 01534 702777.
3. No circumstances are known to the insured which are likely to lead to cancellation or curtailment of the holiday.

Cost
For a period not exceeding 23 days:

Adults £20.00

Infants and children under 12 £17.70

Premiums include 17.5% UK Insurance Premium Tax

Excluding the first £15 of each and every claim each insured person (£35 excess on Delayed Departure cover). Cover is effected with certain syndicates at Lloyds of London. An Evidence of Insurance, incorporating the benefits, terms, conditions and exclusions will be sent to you with your confirmation of booking. Consideration will be given to clients holding existing annual, year long, insurance cover written and dated before the brochure access date.
