These apartments are in an adjacent property to, and are part of, the 2 star Sarum budget hotel conveniently located in a residential area on the west side of St Helier. West Park beach in St Aubin's Bay is just a five minute stroll away and the town centre shopping precinct is also within easy walking distance, on level ground.
There are many restaurants, cafes, takeways, pubs and bars in the surrounding area. Close by are the Parade Gardens, the People's Park and Les Jardins de la Mer waterfront gardens. There is a pleasant secluded garden with an outdoor swimming pool to the rear of the main hotel buildings, a residents' bar and a large recreational lounge and a pool table, games machines and two large plasma televisions available for self catering guests use. Children of all ages most welcome.

A surety deposit of £200 is required on arrival, this will be refunded soon after departure provided that the accommodation is left in a reasonably clean and undamaged state with full inventory.
