This well appointed ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of the countryside of St. Martin and enjoys lovely woodland walks close by. It is attached to the owner's private house and is fully self-contained with a separated south facing sun area with table and chairs. Rozel Bay, St. Catherine’s Breakwater and Gorey are a few minutes drive away and the local pub which serves good quality food and shop are within walking distance. Young people over 14yrs welcome. Sorry - no smoking in the accommodation.
