This recently restored 400 year old granite cottage is open plan with exposed wooden beams and a minstrels' gallery. Attached to the owners' home, the cottage is surrounded by fields and country lanes. It is close to the islands capital of St Helier affording a central location from which to tour the island. There is an outside area with table and chairs and a large grassed area available for games etc. The Durrell Wildlife Conservation Centre and the Eric Young Orchid Foundation - both world renowned - are also nearby. The pretty harbour of Bouley Bay, which boasts the islands' scuba diving centre, is less than 10 minutes away. Babysitting is available by arrangement and payable direct to the owner. There is a brand new Waitrose supermarket a short drive from the accommodation.
