This lovely 3/4 bedroom detached cottage is a newly refurbished barn conversion finished to a very high standard. The property offers spacious accommodation in a quiet rural setting in the middle of the island. There are distant sea views from the property and a delightful private woodland walk through the pretty valley below its south and west facing garden. There is a hot tub and also childrens play equipment in the enclosed and private garden.
The location of this property will appeal to visitors wanting to relax and enjoy their surroundings - red squirrels are frequent visitors and have their own rope walk to bring them right into the garden. It will also appeal to visitors wanting a convenient central base for touring the whole island.
There are 2 family friendly public parks nearby - Coronation Park (known locally as Millbrook Park) is on the coast and has an open air shallow paddling pool for toddlers and also St Andrew's Park where the special attraction is the zip wire for children in the large play area.
The main town of St Helier is at the eastern end of St Aubin's Bay and is just 1.5 miles from Woodland Barn whilst the lovely harbour and village of St Aubin is at the western end of the sandy bay where you will find a large slection of restaurants including some of the best that Jersey has to offer.
