The building has been sympathetically restored to provide modern living conditions and is finished to a very high standard. The courtyard is traffic free, sheltered and an ideal place to enjoy alfresco dining and enjoying the bar-b-que area for use with disposable bar-b-ques. There is a 1.5 acre grass area for guests use with nets for ball games such as football, volleyball and badminton and a covered area for bicycle storage.
The units are situated in the quiet rural parish of Trinity and are surrounded by agricultural fields and there are many lovely country walks nearby. The world famous Durrell Wildlife Conservation Park and the Eric Young Orchid Foundation are in this area. Just a short drive from the north coast bays and cliff paths and also close to the main town of St Helier, this is an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in very comfortable and modern surroundings.
