Situated beside one of Europe's finest surfing beaches, the La Rocco Apartments in St Ouen's Bay is a complex of two buildings, Seashore and Seabreeze, offering well appointed, spacious, comfortable self-catering apartments in a variety of sizes suitable for all, families and couples including those with mobility issues, set back in a spectacular coastal location.  Discover rugged coastline, towering cliffs and sandy beaches teeming with flora and fauna.

Accessible Apartments - La Rocco Sea Breeze building, offers wheelchair accessible apartments, Apartments 1, 2 & 3, on the ground floor only. The apartments are reached by a ramp/walkway from the designated drop off point in the car park and have level access, no steps.  Please note that the drive access from the road to the carpark for the apartments is very steep 1:6. 

As this is one of the best holiday locations on the island, early booking is highly recommended.

2 bedrooms: Sleeps up to 6 adults
Size: 108m²

Master Bedroom: King Size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet.  This bedroom has a connecting door to the lounge and a connecting door to the family bedroom.  The bed can be made up as a Twin (please specify at time of booking)

Bedroom 2: Family room with a Double bed and 2 single beds.  This bedroom has a door to the corridor and a connecting door to the master bedroom.

House bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Spacious open plan Lounge (with bed settee) and dining area.
Separate kitchen with dish washer.
The patio with wrap round lawn has a table and chairs.

Car recommended. Parking on site. 

Cots and high chairs available, please request at time of booking.  Cot bedding is not provided.

Picnic Area
There is a small communal garden area with picnic tables and a terrace for shared use of all the apartments to enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets over St Ouen’s Bay.

Shops & Restaurants
Waitrose/Iceland and various shops, Chemist and hairdresser etc. approx. 2 miles at Les Quennevais Precinct and Red Houses.
St. Helier Town Centre 5 miles.
Closest Beach 100 meters.
Staks Beachside Bar and Grill is a 250 meter walk from the property.
Various beach café’s, restaurants and ice cream vans are located within the bay including La Braye, El Tico, Water Splash, Sands, Jersey Pearl Café.
Les Mielles 18 hole Golf Club with bar and restaurant is also open to non-members.
The National Trust for Jersey Wetland Nature Reserve is also close by. 

Buses
There is a bus stop close by the apartments which will take you into St Helier Bus Terminus (Liberation Station), where you can either go into the main town centre and enjoy the shopping, bars, restaurants, coffee shops or catch further buses at the terminus (Liberation Station) to local attractions.
