    Description

    This bright and sunny first floor studio apartment is located just off the main coast road on the south east corner of Jersey, in a quiet private drive. The apartment is attached to the side of the owner's house.

    This quiet location is an ideal base from which to explore our island. The local supermarket with ATM, post office and hairdresser are a short walk away on the coast road. The nearest beach is Le Bourg - just 6 minutes walk from the apartment. The local pub at Le Hocq has a restaurant and is less than a mile away. Also nearby there is a popular seasonal beach kiosk and a sandy beach at the pretty south facing La Rocque Harbour. There is a frequent bus service to both Gorey and St Helier and the bus stop is nearby on the coast road. The owners provide secure parking for bicycles.

    Compact Studio.

    First Floor (two external steps to the front door, internal staircase to first floor apartment): Lounge with double bed, 2 comfortable chairs and a coffee table. Separate kitchen with small dining area. Shower room with shower, basin and toilet.

    Floor area: 340 sq ft.

    Services

    Bed linen and house towels provided and changed weekly. Electricity included. The lounge/bedroom area has Satellite TV, free WiFi, DVD player, DVD library, book library, playing cards and games. The kitchen/diner has electric cooking: 4 ring hob, microwave-combination oven, halogen cooker, grill. Fridge. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Shower room with heated towel rail. Central heating in season. Own entrance.

    Parking. Car recommended but not essential.

    Secure under-cover parking available for bicycles.

    Shop, beach and bus stop 200yds. Pub ½m. St Helier 2½m.

    Saturday changeover during June, July and August.
