A bright and modern one bedroom apartment adjoining the owner's house in the rural Parish of St Mary on the north coast of the island.

The property has been finished to a very high standard and offers a spacious kitchen/diner on the ground floor with a sheltered patio directly outside. There is also a lawned garden accessed by 19 steps with a south-facing decked patio with patio table and chairs from which to enjoy the last of the setting sun.

This delightful apartment will appeal to visitors wanting to relax and enjoy their surroundings. It is a perfect base for a walking holiday with easy access to the coastal cliff paths but would also be perfect for a cycling holiday as the property is surrounded on all sides by country lanes in every direction. There is abundant birdlife and other wildlife here attracted by a stream just below the property which flows along Le Mourier valley to the sea.

Greve de Lecq beach is less than 2 miles away and can be reached along the cliff path. Heading east look out for the Longhorn Manx sheep which graze the headland on National Trust land.
