5 AdultsAnne Port Bay, Port Rest House is a detached 3 bedroom house overlooking the picturesque Anne Port Bay and just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The House was built as a mariners' retirement home approximately 150 years ago and it has been tastefully extended to create a large bright kitchen on the ground floor with a modern shower room and access to the patio and gardens on the floor above. There are stunning views to the French coast and to the Les Ecrehous Reef. Mont Orgueil Castle, Gorey Village and Gorey harbour with shops, restaurants and cafes are all just a short drive away.
Children of all ages are most welcome.

Ground floor: Lobby with separate washing/shower room for use after visits to the beach. Lounge. Dining room. Kitchen. Courtyard with steps leading to a pretty garden. Integral garage leads onto the courtyard. There is a large patio above the garage, level with the lawned and terraced garden, overlooking the beach.
First floor: Double bedroom with balcony enjoying spectacular views, ensuite bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Access to the terraced garden and patio from this floor.
Second floor: Single bedroom accessed by steep stairs. There is no door at the top or bottom of these stairs but the room is quite private due to its location beyond the shower room and above the twin bedroom.
There are sea views from all bedrooms, the dining room and the lounge.

"This property is in a great location with wonderful views over the bay from the bedrooms and from the terrace above the garage. As the holiday progressed we came to have great affection for the house, although it could easily be described as being in a shabby chic condition. The kitchen is certainly amongst the best equipped kitchens we have stayed in and really is a home from home for those who predominantly want to self cater; that said Jersey itself is littered with a wide range of restaurants and pubs providing very good food, in excellent locations. We had unbelievably kind weather and spent a good deal of time enjoying the fantastic beaches that Jersey has to offer. Long Beach is just a 5 minute drive away, St Brelade's Bay is a sight to see and of course Anne Port Bay, to name just three, is on the doorstep.
