The self-catering apartments surround the heated swimming pool * (salt water chlorinated - open during the summer months) with picnic tables and areas for sunbathing.
Del Mar Court apartments are situated in St. Martins in a quiet lane above picturesque Fermain Bay and yet only five minutes drive from St. Peter Ports shops and harbour. Near to bus routes taking you into the St. Peter Port town centre and harbour in about five minutes or the other way taking you around the island. A short stroll will find you in St. Martins Parish centre for all your shopping needs - you will find a post office, chemist, doctors surgery, hairdresser, food and clothes shops, bakery, cafes, banks and garages. There are several hotels nearby offering bar and restaurant meals within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance. Del Mar Court is also ideally positioned for walkers, the coastal cliff path is only a few minutes walk away. This system of pedestrian paths stretch along the spectacular east, south and west coasts of Guernsey and is the best way to see Guernsey at its best with Spring offering a wide variety of wild flowers for you to see and smell.

Quality Assessors Comments - 2016 Del Mar Court remains set in a wonderful rural village location; a complex of apartments surrounding the centrally located, heated, 'sale water chlorinated' swimming pool.
Cleanliness/Housekeeping: Overall exceptionally high standards of underlying cleanliness noted throughout the property, competent housekeeping procedures appear in place. High, exacting standards of presentation. Bedrooms are tidily presented, fresh and clean, polished surfaces, furniture dust free. The bathroom including the en-suite shower rooms are extremely clean, spotless presentation. Similarly high standards observed in the kitchen, tidily presented cupboards and drawers, clean equipment, neatly presented kitchenware. Sandra Berry, Sandra (housekeeper) and the team deserve praise for the high standards set and maintained.
Highlights: The overall comfort provided and the flexibility of accommodation available at Del Mar Court. Extremely high standards of housekeeping. The stunning "salt water chlorination" swimming pool. A delightful location, ideal for families. The service of the "on site" team.
