The popular St Brelade's Bay and St Ouen's Bay are just a short drive from this property but water sports such as water skiing and jet skiing are available on the beach outside.
This apartment is at the rear of the building and does not have sea views or outdoor space.

Ground Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed with ensuite wet room style shower, basin and toilet. Kitchen/diner/lounge with french doors leading out to the main entrance drive.
