The popular St Brelade's Bay and St Ouen's Bay are just a short drive from this property but water sports such as water skiing and jet skiing are available on the beach outside.

This apartment benefits from views over St Aubin's bay.  Please note that there is a Juliette balcony with a parapet block wall so views are enjoyed from standing rather than seated view.  The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and have semi-rural views towards fields. 

Please note this apartment is fantastically located just opposite the beach, but there is a main road between the property and the beach and traffic noise may be heard from this road side apartment.
