8 Adults | 1 Child | 1 InfantCroix Maison is a unique 4 bedroom Villa situated moments away from the very popular and beautiful St Brelade's Bay on the south coast of the island and just a short walk from the more secluded Beauport Bay.
The detached accommodation was originally a single storey thatched cottage of one room. The owner has undertaken an extensive but sympathetic development and created a wonderful, spacious, modern property, whilst keeping many original features.
There is under floor heating in this spacious and well equipped accommodation and lovely details such as the now exposed original stonework (including a fireplace in the lounge and a marriage stone above the front door.) It is one of four properties, in a country setting. Just a few hundred meters from the beautiful Beauport Bay and St Brelade's Bay which has a lovely sandy beach with many seasonal water sports on offer plus restaurants and beach shops/cafes all within downhill walking distance of this lovely property - though the hill to return to the cottage will prove a challenge to most! There are open fields next to the property where wild pheasants and fowl wander free-range. This an ideal location for a great family holiday.
The property is situated next door to the popular Croix Cottage and would be ideal for families and friends booking both properties together.
Children of all ages most welcome.
