View from the balcony. On a clear day, if you look south you might see the Roche-Douvres lighthouse on the north Brittany coast. You'll certainly see its light flashing at night, seemingly from the middle of an empty ocean.

5 AdultsThis stunning and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house is nestled on the top of a headland above beautiful St Ouen's Bay.
The ground floor comprises a spacious, open-plan kitchen/sunroom/dining room, a sitting room/lounge and two bedrooms with a shared family bathroom; there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and an additional bathroom that has a shower and toilet.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, with an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. A balcony can be accessed from this bedroom.
The balcony can be also be accessed from the courtyard via a loft ladder. It is a prime spot for enjoying the spectacle of ever changing light over the sea, culminating in the grand finale of the sunset.
Blue Haze has beautiful outdoor areas with a deck, two patios, a herb garden and an outdoor cooking area. The barbecue layout provides the flexibility for a simple grill up or more ambitious gastronomic plans. This is a simple charcoal or wood fire affair...not gas.
The house is surrounded by nature and if you're lucky in the summer months you may see one of Jersey's rare Green Lizards sunbathing amongst the oregano! During the winter of 2024 an unfenced wildlife pond will be created at the far end of the garden to further enhance the biodiversity in the garden.
Children of all ages are most welcome - but must be supervised.
