Boasting spectacular sea views, this lovely 1 bedroom ground floor, self-contained summer house has direct, private access to Portelet beach.  This wonderfully positioned property accessed via a scenic lit gravel path benefits from a separate double bedroom with large ensuite shower room and a kitchette/dining/lounge with outdoor area with the one of the best views in Jersey.

Located in the beautiful parish of St.Brelade you will be spoilt for choice of cliff walks and beaches and there are several restaurants and pubs just a short walk away.  A fabulous rustic pizza restaurant can be accessed by walking across the beach in the summer months!

This property also has use of the owners fabulous indoor swimming pool complex and use of kayaks (both by prior arrangement)

This property allows 1 well behaved dog.  Please note that the grounds are not fenced.  The owner has a friendly spaniel that may be seen around the grounds.  Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead on all Jersey beaches between 10:30 am and 6pm from 1st May to the 30th September.

Parking available for 1 car.
