2 Adults | 1 InfantThis studio apartment is attached to the owners' house and is nestled in a rural location but perfectly based to easily reach the dramatic coastline of St Ouen or a short drive to the south will have you enjoying the popular village of St Aubin with its pretty harbour surrounded by a large selection of bars and restaurants, the water sports centre and beach cafe at La Haule, St Aubin is less than half a mile away.
The open plan apartment is all on the ground floor. Enter into the bright, modern kitchen with dining area which leads on to an open plan lounge and bedroom with double bed. The shower room, located off the kitchen, is narrow but perfectly designed with shower, basin and toilet.
There is a small area to sit outside the front of the apartment and a small table and chairs are provided but this is within the parking area for the property.
