Accommodates 13 people max.

This 3 storey property located in the picturesque tourist area Gorey Pier. Open plan kitchen/diner/living room on ground floor with full washing facilities. En suite double bedroom on ground floor.  The 1st floor has a sea facing master bedroom with super king size bed and access to balcony which overlooks Grouville Bay. Third double bedroom also overlooks the bay, fourth bedroom has double and single bunk style bed above, (suitable for 3 guests), same floor has a large bathroom for all to use. The 3rd floor showcases a second living room with two sofas one being a sofa bed, en suite bathroom and access to a balcony with views over the bay. The Fifth bedroom is a single room located on the top floor and has views up to the historical Gorey Castle.

Entire house is available for use.
There is no designated parking for this property but there is always parking available.

Bedroom 4 has double and single bunk style bed above, suitable for 3 people,
This floor also has a large family bathroom with bath/shower for all to use.

Second Floor
The top floor showcases a second living room with two sofas one being a sofa bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the top floor balcony with overlooks the bay.
Bedroom 5 is placed on the top floor sleeps one and has views up to the historical Gorey Castle.

The property has both Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms installed.

Nearby Cafes and Restaurants
Excellent area filled with restaurants and bars, property is next door Moorings hotel and bar, the pier also hosts, Feast restaurant, the Dolphin pub, Cafe Louise for breakfast and lunch, Eastside coffee shop and ice cream parlour, Seahorse coffee shop, numerous shops selling clothing and local produce The Old Sail Loft Boutique, Neptune & Fountain court for newspapers. Stuart’s ice cream van is the best in town and positioned a 10 min walk along the harbour past Rhona's coffee stop, at the end of the car park. Gorey village is a short walk and has more shops including a chemist, fish and chip shop, launderette newsagent and fruit shop.

Booking recommended for all local restaurants.

Parking
There is parking along the pier and roads leading towards the property. Pay scratch cards are required which can be purchased at newsagents or paying via the PayByPhone app can be used with the code provided for the parking area. There is no designated parking for this property but there is always parking available.
There is an excellent bus route at the end of the pier 50 m from the property. There is access to all of the island using the bus routes.
